We are seeking at least three High Performing Practice Managers to undertake a number of temporary assignments of varying lengths, with various medical practices located in and around the Brisbane area. This is a great opportunity to work with some of the local leading healthcare clinics including a general practice, a dental practice, a podiatry clinic and a physio.

You will be required to step in and manage the efficient running of a Medical Practice temporarily, ensuring that all staff in the practice have the tools, training, and confidence to deliver the highest standards of patient care while implementing admin systems and work operations to match the patient flow of the centre or clinic.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the efficient day to day running of the Medical Practice
* Understand the training needs within the centre or clinic and facilitate professional development
* Manage admin systems & work processes
* Develop measurement systems to monitor performance, build staff confidence and encourage feedback
* Ensure all safe working practices are followed as per company WHS policy and COVID 19 safe practices
