With extensive research, testing and backing this start-up video SM platform is ready to enter market and you can be at the forefront and excitement of this great experience. This is a hands-on G.M. role whilst you achieve the key business results and start building your team of professional. You will be responsible for the operation and expansion of the launch marketing, content growth and performance. Strong development and data analysis. Our client requires a leader with solid G.M. experience, sales, marketing, and managerial experience. You need to be adaptable in all areas of a start-up and preferably with international experience.

The role of G.M. is to set up the effective and efficient day to day operations, sales, and service. Initially through hands on leadership, plan, organise, and control the sales and delivery of services. Drive profitable growth and enterprise-wide strategy execution by building a talented, customer-focused and aligned workforce focused on achieving commercial and customer outcomes. Lead, and grow the skills and experience of the team, deliver training and development reviews, and ensure team members are engaged, motivated, productive, and meeting all their targets.

Establish a pipeline of future growth opportunities and implement strategies for business acquisition and advocacy in target sectors, based on deep market intelligence and trusted relationships. Develop and lead the operational effectiveness and ensure results as outlined in the business strategy and goals of the company whilst interpreting the plans and quantitative targets to optimization and achieving key business results. Maintain a high level of integrity and trust with all stakeholders ensuring that employees are held to the highest standards of profitable customer-centric service.
