Job Description
Family-owned restaurant 10 minutes north of Brisbane are seeking a Head Chef with experience, flair and attention. Responsible for the management of the day-to-day aspects in running an efficient flowing kitchen producing exceptional dishes reflecting your experience and creative flair.
Your culinary expertise will focus on delivering patrons a memorable dining experience and lead your team to do the same. Located in Kedron this is a highly rewarding and rare opportunity for a Head Chef with the benefits of 5-day roster inclusive of weekends and no splits or nights.

Will be required for 1 day trial
Key Experience & Skills
Experience as Head Chef is essential particularly in fresh produce
Head Chef trade qualifications
Ability to train and mentor staff
Maintain an exceptional high standard of food
Experience managing labour and food costs
Hands-on Head Chef that leads by example as this role will require your time to be spent in the kitchen with your team
Be reliable and have a great work ethic
Have a strong passion for food quality and consistency
