You will need to have the ability to grasp the full understanding of consumer personas so as to build targeted strategies for the company and enhance engagement. Refine and drive the group-wide marketing strategy to achieve:
* Strong membership growth
* Drive traffic to the multi platforms
* Increase purchase transaction volumes
* Be responsible for management of the Marketing Spend
You will manage volume growth within budget of the marketing spend ultimately through SEO, Google Adwords, * Social media spend, Competitions and Games. Utilising your creative flow in writing you will be required to create and post blogs to increase traffic. Excellent communication is essential to establish trusted relationships to post on affiliate websites.
Your experience and skill will be required in regularly updating websites/apps, managing content, consumer review profiles (Google reviews, App Store, Android).
Whilst undertaking the PR arm of the role you will need to spruik the latest innovations, milestones and new partnerships, create and post newsletters for advertisers to increase retention and spend.
It is essential that you monitor shopping trends, ecommerce, reward and loyalty programs to effectively adjust focuses to remain the forefront in the industry.
The role is ideally three days per week – two days will be in the Melbourne Office located in Toorak plus the flexibility of one day working remote, however this is negotiable for the right candidate. This role has the potential to grow to a full time position in 2022.

Key Experience & Skills
Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing preferably in retail, e-commerce or advertising
Mixed skill set - strategy & execution
Social marketing experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Obsessive attention to detail / proof reading
Excellent time management / organisational skills
Experienced in analysing marketing data and identifying actions
Ability to work with offshore / interstate stakeholders
Australian citizen or permanent resident
Loyalty / Rewards experience (regarded favourably)
Graphic design, creatives, project management experience and knowledge of monday.com (highly regarded)
